Dear Lisa Rinaldo,
On behalf of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (“BACB”), I am pleased to confirm your continued status as an Authorized Continuing Education (ACE) provider. Your provider number remains OP-07-0134, and your next renewal date is August 31, 2017. Please record this information in an easily retrievable location, as you will need it when interacting with other professionals, consumers, and the BACB.

Also attached is the logo for your continued use as an ACE provider. Please note that you may not alter or modify the logo, except as provided at
www.bacb.com/terms-of-use/.

The BACB maintains an ACE provider registry on our website. Although it is updated regularly, it is not necessarily the definitive documentation of ACE provider status. If a consumer, a certificant, or a state agency needs to verify your status as an ACE provider in an official capacity, please have them contact us.

The BACB requires an annual renewal for maintaining your ACE provider status. Please submit an annual report and a renewal application 15 days prior to your renewal date. Late submission of your renewal application may result in a lapse or suspension of your status as an ACE provider.

Please note, this approval is contingent on (a) the accuracy of the information provided in your application and (b) your ongoing compliance with all BACB standards and policies. In addition, it is the responsibility of the ACE provider offering continuing education to ensure that all course descriptions are accurate. If an event is a time-specific offering, the ACE provider must retain documentation that verifies all time requirements have been met. Although the BACB does not dictate the method of demonstrating the accuracy of completion times, the BACB cautions providers to exercise utmost diligence in ensuring that all requirements have been met by course participants.

You are responsible for periodically reviewing the BACB web site to ensure that you have and the most current requirements for ACE providers and to ensure that your practices comply with these requirements. Please review the BACB’s Policies and

Procedures for Type 2 Continuing Education and the BACB’s Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts. These documents provide the legal and ethical framework for the BACB’s guidance in these important areas. The BACB reserves the right to sanction your ACE provider status or certificant status for noncompliance.

Again, congratulations on your continued approval as an ACE provider.

Regards,
Director of Credentialing
